Most of your day-to-day use of Unipass Mailock is through the ‘Compose New Secure Email’ button on the Home ribbon in Outlook, but there is also a Unipass Mailock tab which opens up some additional options.
Looking at each option:

This button works exactly the same as the blue ‘Compose New Secure Email’ button on the Home ribbon, in other words, opens a new email which will be sent securely. |

This tab displays details such as your licence type and email addresses linked to your account. |

This button displays options to change the way the add-in works. Read more here. |

Checks to see if there is a newer version of the add-in. This is done automatically when you start Outlook, unless you have chosen for it not to (see here for more). |

This button shows what version of the add-in your using, along with your Outlook and Windows version. There is also a button to open the add-in’s diagnostic log folder. This information is typically just of use to support. |
