If you’re using our Outlook Add-in you have different ways of saving a decrypted copy of your message, depending on your mail provider.
When you open a secure message things look a little different, depending on how Outlook talks to your email provider:
1) Exchange |
2) IMAP/POP3 |
It doesn’t matter if terms like Exchange and IMAP don’t mean much to you, its not that important – you just need to recognise which screen you see as the instructions differ slightly. You can also check what you use by looking in your Outlook settings – we have an article on how to do that here.
Once you know which you have click on the corresponding image above to see how to save a decrypted copy of your messages.
