The Unipass Mailock Help widget is an interactive FAQ’s tool that gives 24/7 real time support for your Unipass Mailock questions.
The widget can be found on the bottom right hand of the screen as you scroll through the site as indicated on the screenshot below:
Clicking on the ‘Help’ icon will display the ‘How can we help?’ pop up:
In this box you can type the question you have about the service.
We would advise that you don’t enter large amounts of information and to get the best results keep your question simple and relevant.
For example, you have received a Unipass Mailock for the first time and are not sure how to proceed.
You would access the Help widget following the steps above and type in the question, ‘How do I open an email’, then hit enter to submit the query.
The top results from your search are then presented for you to click on the most relevant one:
Then just click on the response that fits your query the best to read the related article in the pop up:

However, if you cannot find the response that best suits your query, then click on the ‘Leave us a message’ tab at the bottom of the ‘Help’ pop up and submit a question to our team.
